To begin, an impression has to be made of the feet or hands (or both) using a special mold making material.
Once I receive the order and full payment, I will send the mold making kit which includes complete instructions and a return shipping label. After the impressions are returned to me, it takes up to three weeks to create and paint the plaque(s) and ship them to the customer, depending on my current workload.
